13% Buyers premium credit card transactions under $10,000.00

8% Buyers premium credit card transactions on anything over $10,000.00

10% Buyers premium on any firearm transaction

8.25% Sales Tax will be charged unless proof of valid exemption is provided and verified.

Agricultural exemption does not apply for firearms 

​**Garrett Auctions is a licensed FFL and anyone purchasing a firearm will have to follow standard ATF transfer procedures including passing a background check. Firearm transfers will take place at our licensed premise, 2027 Junction Hwy, Kerrville.

All sales, AS IS, WHERE IS. 

No warranty given.
