10% Buyers Premium cash or check on transactions under $10,000.00

5%   Buyers Premium cash or check on transactions over $10,000.00

13% Buyers Premium credit card transactions under $10,000.00

8%   Buyers Premium credit card transactions over $10,000.00

10% Buyers Premium on any Firearm transaction

8.25% Sales Tax will be charged unless valid proof of exemption is provided and verified.

Agricultural exemption does not apply to firearm sales.

Garrett Auctions is a licensed FFL and anyone purchasing a firearm will have to follow standard ATF transfer procedures, including passing a background check. Firearm transfers will take place at our licensed premise, 2027 Junction Hwy, Kerrville.
