8.25% Sales Tax will be charged unless valid proof of exemption is provided and verified.

Agricultural exemption does not apply to firearm sales.

Garrett Auctions is a licensed FFL and anyone purchasing a firearm will have to follow standard ATF transfer procedures, including passing a background check. Firearm transfers will take place at our licensed premise, 2027 Junction Hwy, Kerrville.
